Zinc alloy (aka spelter) with bronze patina. On a brass base with brass engraved nameplate La Rencontre par A. D'Or, " which translates as "The Encounter by A.

Signed on the base "L & F Moreau" for the firm founded by Auguste's sons Louise Auguste and Hyppolyte Francoise. Tall, base 5 3/4 in. Excellent condition, some very minor wear to plating.
